Can our club try KlubAmp for free?
Yes. Try KlubAmp free for 14 days. Choose the free trial in the enquiry form, and we’ll arrange setup and your trial start date personally. The monthly club price after the trial is £40 incl VAT.
Do coaches need another app?
No. Photos, video and text are sent through WhatsApp. Drafts and approval happen there too.
Must we use all five platforms?
No. Choose the social channels your club wants to use and has connected. KlubAmp supports up to five platforms, which can be split into standard and boost channels.
Who approves posts?
The coach reviews drafts and approves directly in WhatsApp before publication. AI helps prepare drafts and looks for inconsistencies, but a person still needs to check the details.
How is inappropriate text or media handled?
All posts are moderated by AI in accordance with your club’s instructions. Content assessed as unsuitable is either rejected or sent to a club moderator for review before publication.
What does the club need to get started?
WhatsApp, a club moment to share and access to the social channels you want to connect. During the demo, we can discuss your workflow and next steps.
How does KlubAmp handle data privacy and GDPR?
Photos come through WhatsApp/Twilio, with temporary Cloudinary storage for processing, branding and publishing, and Make.com workflow processing. Our retention policy is seven days for temporary images and operational message-derived data; Make.com history may remain for up to 30 days. Published social posts are separate. What happens if we need more than 60 posts a month?
The subscription includes 60 posts per month. Our proposed approach is to accommodate occasional excess without automatically blocking publishing or charging extra, and agree an individual arrangement for consistently higher usage. This policy is not yet fully implemented. Contact us to confirm how your club’s extra posts would be handled.
